These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LoanHisab — the website (loanhisab.com), web app (app.loanhisab.com) and mobile app — operated by Kedaya Tech LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About the Service

LoanHisab is software that helps DSA agencies manage leads, multi-bank loan applications, KYC documents, disbursements and agent commissions. We are a software (SaaS) provider only. We are not a bank, NBFC, lender, lending platform or financial advisor, and we do not originate, underwrite, guarantee, disburse or collect loans, nor do we charge borrowers. Loan decisions and payouts are made solely by the lenders our customers work with.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and a lawfully operating DSA/agency or an authorised user of one. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload or process data you are not authorised to; infringe intellectual property; attempt to breach security or access other tenants' data; scrape, reverse-engineer or copy the Service; or resell or sublicense it except under an approved white-label plan.

Customer data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you enter. For borrower data, you are the Data Fiduciary and must obtain all necessary consents and comply with applicable law, including the DPDP Act, KYC/AML requirements and your agreements with lenders. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions, fees & taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in Indian Rupees (INR), plus GST as applicable. Prices and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page and in-app. A free trial may be offered. Payments are collected through our payment partners (Razorpay, Cashfree). Plans renew automatically until cancelled; billing and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content are owned by Kedaya Tech LLP and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, messaging providers, lenders). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free or that it will meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedaya Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lending decision, lender payout, or loss of data or profits. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling then follows our Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion Policy.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
